Outpatient Therapies

Whether you are recovering from an injury or illness, preparing for surgery or rehabilitating post-surgery, outpatient therapy may be advised. Our one-on-one therapy helps support your recovery and rehabilitation through a series of visits with our Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists. With your physician, a comprehensive treatment plan will be recommended.

Assisted Living

Making the decision to move is simplified when Terrace Grove Assisted Living is part of your plan. Striving to make your senior years the best they can be, we ensure you are cared for and provided with the right amount of assistance you need at the point in time you need it – even if it is the middle of the night. Skilled Nursing and Rehab

You may require care suddenly or gradually as chronic health conditions become difficult to manage. A surgery or illness may require nursing and therapy support round the clock. Our Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is the place where the needs of you or your loved one will be met with respectful, compassionate care. Working with your health-care provider, we’ll create a plan of care that ensures your preferences and interests are honored. Medicare and Medicaid certified, our team will help you work through the questions and emotions of finances and medical needs.

Caregiver Support

Caregivers provide dedicated support for loved ones, and while this role offers a sense of fulfillment and satisfaction, caregiving is also physically and emotionally demanding. Learning to take care of the caregiver is important for both the caregiver and the patient. We are here to provide education and support.
