Our ability to provide post-acute rehabilitation, long term skilled nursing care, memory care and respite services allows us to assess and ensure the best care for our clients.
Welcome to Sunshine Terrace! In adherence to CDC and CMS guidelines and in order to ensure the health and safety of our residents, visitors, and staff you will be required to follow the Infection Prevention Policy that helps reduce the risk of COVID-19 spread.
Here are the key guidelines we ask you follow:
1. You must be screened and tested for the COVID-19 virus before your visit.
2. Limit of 4 visitors at a time.
3. You will be required to wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the duration of your entire visit.
a. This includes wearing a gown, a face mask, and practicing hand hygiene. The PPE, especially your face mask, must be worn covering your mouth and nose the entire duration of the visit. Please do not pull your face mask down to speak to your loved one. PPE will be provided to you by the Facility upon your arrival for your visit.
4. Practice physical distancing
5. Visit will be 30 minutes or less
Visitors who are unable to adhere to these guidelines and regulations to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 infection will not be permitted to visit or will be asked to leave.
